Confidentiality

It is important for parents/carers to feel comfortable within groups and know that their
personal information will kept confidential within the group.

The welfare of parents/carers and their families is important to us. If we are concerned about the safety or welfare of you or your child/children, we have a duty report to the
appropriate authority.

Complaints

EXTRA hopes that you will enjoy the group you attend and find it beneficial. If, however, you are unhappy or concerned about the group, it is important to make your comments or complaints known.

You can do this in the first instance by talking or writing to the group leader, or the person who referred you to the group (where appropriate) and explain to them why you are not satisfied. The group leader will then try to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. If you are still unhappy with the way your comments or complaints have been dealt with please write to:
